CD4081B-MIL: Difference Between Variants

Hi Team,

What is the difference between CD4081BF3A and M38510/17001BCA? Both part belongs to the generic part CD4081B-MIL and have the same specifications. However, the M38510/17001BCA seems to be much more expensive than CD4081BF3A. Both are military grade parts that seems to qualify to military standard MIL-PRF-38535 as well.
