With the end of production of the Toshiba Logic IC currently in use, we are considering replacing it with TI's Logic IC.

Toshiba IC : TC74HC11AF

TI IC : SN74LS11NSR

Please let me know if you have any concerns about the replacement.

Since it is an old product, I think that the manufacturer has cross-reference information.

The LS logic family is not electrically compatible, uses much more power, and has been outdated for decades.

ti.com/cross-reference-search/en-us/ points to the SN74HC11‍NSR, which is identical.

Alternatively, if you want higher speed and drive strength, use the SN74LV11A‍NSR.
