Hi there,

I am looking for an IBIS model for the CD4503B. I see there is SPICE model available on the products page, however, when I try to implement the model, I get the error:

ERROR(ORPSIM-15461): Incorrect number of interface nodes for X_U2.

I am unable to get the SPICE model to work, but it would be preferable to get an IBIS model, if possible. If only the SPICE model is available, is it possible to get an updated model?

    Hi Ekko,

    I'm afraid these devices pre-date IBIS models, so we don't have any for them.  The PSpice model is behavioral only, giving a basic estimation of the device's capabilities.

    I put together a simulation in Tina-TI and the model worked without any issues:

    As far as signal integrity, I would recommend testing samples in a lab (prototyping) for these older devices.
