TXS0104E-Q1: VCCA have leakage voltage

Hi Expert

in my customer test, we found when we pull down the OE, input high voltage from A3, VCCA will have 1.2V leakage voltage. when we pull down the OE, connect VCCA to power, A3 will not have leakage voltage.

so how can explain above situation?

we used multimeter test. so we just have voltage value.

this phoneme like the diode performance so could you please give me some advice for this?

Hi Meng,

Is A3 configured as the input or the output? If input, what is the input voltage for A3?

Is the 1.2V the supply voltage for VCCA? or is it being referred to as the value of the leakage?

By "When we pull down the OE, connect VCCA to power, A3 will not have leakage voltage"; do you mean when you drive the input voltage (please also clarify the value) while supplying the 1.2V to VCCA, the OE was driven to GND? Thanks.
