Help with CD4081B output voltage

I'm trying to control a 12 V solenoid valve with an Arduino Duemilanove which outputs 5 V. I was going to use the CD4081B (AND Gate) to control the value but I'm not really sure if this will work. I plan on hooking one input to a 12 V powersupply and the  other to one of the Arduino output pins. If the Arduino outputs 5 V and the 12 V power supply outputs, just guessing, 12 V, will the CD4081B output 12 V?
