TXS0102: UART 1.8 to 3.3V Level shift with OE connecting with 3.3V PG signal

a. I am going to use this part for UART 1.8V to 3.3V level shift. so VCCA -> 1.8V, VCCB -> 3.3V ( As per datasheet, VCCA<VCCB)

b. As mentioned in the datasheet, OE pin is referenced to VCCA (1.8), but in my design the OE pin will be connected with a PG signal which is 3.3V. 

c. In recommended operating condition, OE pin max is mentioned as 5V, so I guess this should not be problem, but I need confirmation.
