SN74LVT16244B: How much is SN74LVT16244BDGGR's internal equivalent pull-up/pull-down resistor

Hi Team,

our customer is using SN74LVT16244BDGGR. However, they connect one output pin to ground.

Now they want to evaluate the risk of output short.

As I understand, if it output current is less than 50mA, SN74LVT16244BDGGR should be safe.

Could you let us know how much SN74LVT16244BDGGR's internal equivalent pull-up/pull-down resistor is?

Those are the limits for the negative clamping diodes. As far as I can see, no LVT datasheet specifies an absolute maximum rating for a high output that is sourcing current.

Anyway, a shorted LVT output sources much over 200 mA, so this is likely to damage the device:
