I would like to know the max data rate for level shifting from 1.8V to 3.3V (A to B), 3.3V to 1.8V (B to A).

Hi Ranjini,

Since the maximum frequency of 200 MHz is correlated to a voltage translation of 3.3 V to 5 V, theoretically a reduction to half of that voltage would correlate to half of that frequency.

However, to accurately determine the maximum data rate for 1.8 V to 3.3 V and vice versa, I recommend testing this part on an EVM with the specific output load of your application. This will be the only way to realistically verify the maximum data rate for your system.
