    That device is sold by Rochester Electronics, so this information is likely lost. But I'd guess that the electrical characteristics are the same, and that the difference is only in the packaging. (DigiKey says MSL 3.)

    The SN74AHC04-Q1 and SN74AHC04-EP are fully compatible. The SN74LV04A and SN74LV04A-EP are the same device with higher drive strength.
