Hello team,

My customer would like to replace SN74LVCC3245A to the SN74LVC8T245 without modifying PCB.

So, I have searched related threads about termination of 23 pin(VCCB), but there are two different answers few years ago.

Can you please make sure 23 pin could be left floating? 

Or please let me know there should be a needed specification if VCCB supplied to the only 24 pin.
