If not, please recommend similar product with FS.

Thanks. One more question, do we still recommend TXB0104 in new project or we have new gen?

The TXB should be used only if the signals actually are bidirectional. For most applications, the more modern TXU0104/TXU0204/TXU0304 works much better.
