SN74LVC07AD
I ordered qty 40 of this part for a board design. During my test and setup, the chips were not functioning. As in, I connected 5V to Vcc, GND to GND, and 5V to pin 1, 3, and 5 without reading anything on pins 2, 4, and 6. Am I missing anything here? My setup was fairly simple as I am working at DC and to test the output I am scoping the signals as well as connecting a red LED circuit with 300 ohm Resistor to ground. Do I need to connect any capacitances? Have you had any batch issues? I have tested 5 so far. Also, just to confirm, the silk line indicates pin 1 to the left right?
