SN74LVCC3245A: A value that allows the undershoot and overshoot voltage of VI

Hi, 

SN74LVCC3245APWR states that the absolute maximum rated input voltage Vi is -0.5 to Vcca+0.5V (All A ports).

Is there an allowable value for Vi even if it exceeds -0.5V and +0.5V for pulses within a few ns?

Please let me know if there is a value that allows undershoot and overshoot voltages (for example, -2V and +2V can be allowed for pulses within 10ns).
