SN74S09: Do we have other device similar to SN74S09 that can support 3.3V high logic input?

Bipolar devices like the SN74ALS09 do support 3.3 V input signals (but require a 5 V supply).

Consider adding an open-drain buffer (e.g., SN74LVC07A, SN74LVC1G07) behind a normal AND/OR gate.
