Hi All,


I have a question about the ESD of the SN74LVC1G125.

Regarding the following ESD description, HBM is from 0 to 2kV.
Are you testing -2kV (minus) HBM?
Are you testing at -1kV for CDM as well?

    Hello Ishiwata-san,

    All of our devices are tested the same - this rating should read "MIN" as blank and "MAX" as ±2000 for HBM and ±1000 for CDM.

    There are many datasheets that have the same error, and we will fix them as we make updates to the documents.
