Could you help me to find the guaranteed MIN and MAX VOH of SN74LVC08APWR at -40℃~85℃ when VCC and IOH as below? I can not find the curve or data of the VOH VS VCC.

1.MIN and MAX VOH when VCC 3.2V IOH 24mA

2.MIN and MAX VOH whenVCC 3.38V IOH 24mA

The specified voltage drop (V_CC − V_OH) is a worst-case value and is safe to use for higher supply voltages. So you get 2.4 V and 2.58 V.

There is no specified maximum; assume V_CC.
