TXS0104E-Q1: signal present before power up

Part Number: TXS0104E-Q1
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TXS0104E

Dear expert,

At customer system, their signal at pin B1, B2 present 10s ms before VCCB, VCCA power present.

They can see a voltage rise at VCCB pin before the real VCCB voltage present. I believe this comes from internal pull up resistor between VCCB and B1, B2, right?

Is there any way to avoid this from silicon side?

Is there any risk to damage TXS0104E for long term run by this way?
