SN74LVC1G17: Input voltage level regarding to VCC

Hi Team,

Can the input voltage level exceed the VCC of SN74LVC1G17 ?

eg. When input 24V then on the green marked point the voltage is 3.9V ( 3.3V + Vf of the BAV99 diode).

Is this ok for SN74LVC1G17 ? In the case the A input is 3.9V will then the Y output of SN74LVC1G17 be 3.3V?

thank you for the link and regarding putting 3.9V signal when is powered with 3.3V

Please can you point out in DS where can we determine following: " In the case the A input is 3.9V will then the Y output of SN74LVC1G17 be 3.3V?"
