SN74S124: More Information

This device is sold for legacy applications.

Nowadays, you'd use a microcontroller, but it would also be possible to divide down a precise clock.

What precision do you need?

I need to generate 6HZ clock with 50% duty cycle. i want a bit more information about  SN74S124 component to design or suggest any oscillator which will able to generate precise 6HZ 

You did not answer my question. How precise is "precise"? What tolerances can you afford? Do you need 6 Hz ±1 Hz? ±0.001 Hz? ±0.000001 Hz? And what precisin do you need on the 50& duty cycle?

I need ±0.001 Hz or  ±0.000001 Hz of 6HZ and Duty cycle has to be 50% ±0.1

Like Clemens mentioned, the SN74S124 is an older part and not recommended for new designs. What application do you need the 6 Hz signal for? Are there any requirements for the signal swing? For most applications, I believe using the GPIO pins of a microcontroller would work. Otherwise, for low frequency signals I've seen some cases where a faster clock with the frequency tolerances you need (usually from a crystal reference) is divided down using a counter such as SN54LV4040A.
