Hi Emrys,

I saw your other posts but it is not the same part number. In addition, I can't find information about thickness of Au as the terminal finish is NiPdAu. Also, I don't find ECCN for the part SN74HC132D

Hi Kautar,

I'm glad you were able to find the terminal finish and MSL values where I pointed you.

The gold thickness for all NiPdAu leadframes is specified to be 0.003 ~ 0.009um

ECCN is always the same for logic (SN74...) parts: EAR99
