Please send me a drawing of the LCCC 20 package, i.e. dimensions with distances between pins and others. This package is not described in the datasheet.

    Hi Ray,

    Would the 3D model/footprint be enough for the customer? This is available on TI.com in the "Design and Development" section.

    For some reason it seems the package drawing doesn't actually show in the datasheet. I will have to ask the team in charge of this for some input.
