TXS0104E-Q1: one shot peak current and output current driving strength in steady state

Part Number: TXS0104E-Q1
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TXB0104-Q1

Hello Team!

My customer has below questions. Could you please answer?

1. What is the peak driving current capability for one-shot in TXS0104E-Q1? There's only duration information as 30ns in the datasheet.

2. What is the output current driving strength of TXB0104-Q1 in steady state not transition? I guess the 4kohm in series will limit the strength.

If there's internal pull down resistor in the device which is connected to output of TXB0104-Q1, output voltage level could be affected. What would be restriction of the pull down resistor?

Thank you in advance,

  • 1. The one-shot is designed for a load of at most 70 pF. The current is not specified.

    2. The datasheet specifies 20 µA.

The TXS and TXB are not compatible with each other; the internal pull-up resistors of the TXS are too strong for the TXB's outputs, but they are too weak for the TXB's inputs.
