Please help see this FAQ and this Quick Reference guide. For 5V -> 1.8V translation I would recommend families of LVC, LXC, LSF, TXU, TXS, TXB and LV1T. I can recommend detailed part numbers once we narrow down on which family to proceed with and which interface is being used for the application.
