Currently his customer is using SN74AHCT244DWR for their design. And they have some confusion about this device and may need your help.
In the datasheet ROC table, we mentioned the operating free-air temperature is -40~125°C, but in packaging information the Op Temp is -40~85°C.
So they want to know whether SN74AHCT244DWR can operating in 125°C.
