SN74LVC1G74: as a frequency divider

Hi Team,

My customer want to use SN74LVC1G74 as a freq divider, to get 50M clock from 100M.

For this kind of use case, do we have any materials that can be reference? Including design requirements,  setup time, hold time of CLK and so on.
