Is it possible to adopt CD4071BPW in an automotive applications?

I found below document (2017 English ver and 2014 Japanese ver)
Logic Guide (Rev. AB) (ti.com) 2017 English ver
ロジック・ガイド (tij.co.jp) 2014 Japanese ver
In English document,CD4000 family has been introduced as "Also available in automotive grade".(page.7)
However,in japanese document,that introduction is not found.(page.5)
Please let me know accurate information.
