Is there Thermal derating curve of logic IC?

I would like to know  Thermal derating of  logic IC such as SN74HCS21.

    For logic devices, when you stay inside the recommended operating conditions, there will be no thermal problem under any circumstances.

    If you exceed the recommended operating conditions, you can use the RθJA specification to check whether you exceed the TJ limit.
