SN74LV244A: The reason why "UPDATE thermal value" from Rev.P datasheet to Rev.Q datasheet.

Hi,

Thermal values of DB/DW/NS packages are changed on from Rev.P datasheet to Rev.Q datasheet.   Why is "thermal value" update?  Could you please let us know the reason why thermal values are changed?
