SN74LVC1G14: VIH, VIL maximum and minimum values

Part Number: SN74LVC1G14

I am using 74LVC1G14SE-7 in my new design. Please provide the maximum and minimum of VIH and VIL for 74LVC1G14SE-7 as this is not specified in datasheet.

    Hi Gopika,

    This device has Schmitt-trigger inputs, so its switching thresholds are different for a positive transition and a negative transition. VIH and VIL are given as the VT+ and VT- specs in the datasheet. You can take a look at this Application Brief for a bit more information about these specs.

    Also, the OPN you shared is not a TI OPN. VT+ and VT- specs are given in the TI datasheet for the SN74LVC1G14.
