CD4541B: Spice model or equivalent

I am trying to simulate the CD4541 timer on LTSPICE.

I acctually use a sborka library but this library dosn't work well.

Someone has a spice model of CD4541 or equivalent ? I urgently need it.

No, I don't have the equivalent circuit.
