Hey Nivethitha,
The TXS0104E is compatible with 3.3V- 5V single ended logic signals (with 3.3V signals referenced to the lower power supply, VCCA). I am unfamiliar with the system requirements surrounding CPR encoders- could you elaborate on specifics that are needed in your system? (i.e data rate, fixed direction signals per channel or auto bi-directional, stringent timing specs, etc.)

The TXS will work, but is optimized for bidirectional open-drain applications.
You can use a fixed-direction translator like the TXU0104, but for down-translation, a buffer with overvoltage-tolerant inputs like the SN74AHC125 also would work.
