"SN74LVC1G125DBV" is not a valid part number. SN74LVC1G125DBVR and SN74LVC1G125DBVT do exist, with different reel sizes.

For the material content declaration, go to the product page, and in the "Ordering & quality" table, click on the link in the "Quality, reliability & packaging information" column.
