I have requirement of controlling voltage from 22V to 29V

Hi Ti team,

I have requirement of circuit where we can control the voltage from 22V to 29V.

With the change in input votage from 0 to 5V(increasing linearly) how I can change control the output voltage from 22V to 29V.

I have constant input voltage signal of 29V.

Kindly suggest?

See Designing Gain and Offset in Thirty Seconds. With Vref = 29 V, you have m = 1.4, b = 22 V. With R1 = 47 kΩ and Rf = 100 kΩ, you would have R2 = 86.74 kΩ and Rg = 86.31 kΩ. (What accuracy do you need?)

Possible amplifiers are TLV9301/TLV9351/TLV9361 (depending on the required speed).

Do you need a boost converter or amplifier? What is application here? Please explain more clearly so that we can recommend suitable device.

I have a constant voltage source of 29V.

I am getting input on one of the ADC pin of controller ranging from 0V to 2.5V.

Corresponding to this voltage I have to control the source voltage of 29V.

For eg:-

If, I get 0V on ADC pin on the controller then the voltage should be 22V.

If ,I get 1V on ADC pin on the controller then the voltage should be 24V.

If, I get 2.5V on ADC pin on the controller then the voltage should be 29V.

So, I need this additional circuit so that we can change the 29V accordingly as per ADC pin input of microcontroller:- voltage ranging from 22V to 29V.

5 V or 2.5 V?

What is the load connected to the high output voltage?

(The ADC and microcontroller are not needed, unless you output another voltage with a DAC. But that would be pointless if you can use just an opamp.)

Thank you for your response.

Controller is having ADC pin voltage of 2.5V.

Also, I am not aware of the load .

It's customer requirement to design something which can control the output voltage ranging from 22V to 29V w.r.t to change in ADC pin voltage ranging from 0V to 2.5V.

The voltage source is external which is of output voltage 29V.

It looks as if you can simply use an opamp. See the document linked in my first answer.
