Hi Sir,

I need a buffer/ driver to control my RF device but it need  the isolation spec. at 2.4GHz~7.2GHz.

The input is CMOS/3.3V.

The drive capacity need 1.5mA/ 3.3V / low speed.

Do you have any suggestion??

    There are many logic buffers (SN74AUP1G17/SN74LVC1G17 are simpler), but none of them are tested at GHz frequencies.

    Some analog amplifiers are EMI hardened (see below figure 6-28 of the LM321LV datasheet), but this measures only how the input affects the output; as far as I understand, you care about the other direction.
