Hello,

I am referring to the functional safety information document provided for the part number "SN74LVC3G07QDCURQ1" for internal analysis. It looks like the addition of the Failure mode distribution is not making 100%. Maybe a failure mode is missing from the document or the FMD is not correct. Please let me know the correct failure modes and distribution.
