We are using your SN74LVC2G07MDCKTEP part in some boards we are doing thermal analysis on and need additional information that is not in the datasheet. The datasheet lists thermal impedance as 259°C/W but it doesn't say where it is from or to. We need the thermal resistance from the junction to the board, case top, case bottom, and air and would also like to verify the maximum allowable junction temperature.
