Customer is looking for 2nd source of this LVC07A. It’s for the gate driver buffer usage and customer hopes driving current is similar existing one. Thanks!

    An open-drain buffer does not make a good gate driver because the high-level driving current is zero and must be supplied with a pull-up resistor. A push/pull buffer like the SN74LVC1G34 might be a better idea.

    Anyway, there is no replacement with the same drive strength. But the SN74LVC07A is made at multiple manufacturing sites.
