I am using this inverter (PN: SN74LVC1G14YZVR) in a design and I would like to simulate it in TINA. The only simulation models available from TI on the landing page for this component is an IBIS model, an HSPICE model and a behavioral spice model. However, I can't figure out how to import any of these three into TINA. No matter which I try I get errors. Can this be done and if not then is there another simulation model available for this component that can be used in TINA? I want to perform transient simulations.
Thank you!
Hi David,
Use the behavioral spice model. Download the zip and extract the .cir file to wherever you want. In TINA go to Tools -> New Macro Wizard -> From file -> select the SN74LVC1G14.cir file.
It should work after that.
Best,
Malcolm
