Hello,

Can you please share the ESD rating (HBM) and ESD Class detail for the below listed parts,

Kindly share the request details as soon as possible.

1. SN74HCT244QPWREP
2. CD74HC153M96
3. CD74HC393M96
4. CD74HC157M96
5. CD74HC240M96
6. CD74HC08QM96EP
7. UC1846MDWREP

@AlbertXu1 has previous said in one our our case. He has mentioned that "Unfortunately for these CD devices, we do not have the ESD data"

Albert if possible try to pull the ESD data for the above parts.

    Hi Ganesh,

    We don't have ESD data for any of these devices. If I had to guess, I'd say they're at 4kV HBM and 2kV CDM.

    Then you don't have ESD data for all the devices ? kindly re-confirm.

    Guess means? any related document available as a proof. we can't proceed with guessing data.

    Hi Ganesh,

    I think there are some devices in the HC family for which we've done ESD testing and these tend to be 4kV HBM and 2kV CDM. To be honest, I cannot recall which ones so I won't be able to provide any documentation. Almost none of these old CD devices have ESD data.

    Thus the best rating TI will guarantee is 2kV HBM and 250V CDM.
