And there are no requirements regarding the signal voltages?

This sounds like a UART, so you have one signal in each direction. The SN74LXC2T45 has two channels in the same direction; use the TXU0202 instead.

Hello Nithya,

It will helps us if you mentioned the voltage requirements as well.

As mentioned by Clemens, if the interface is UART then TXU0202 will work. Additionally, we have an App Note (SCEA118) that lists interfaces with their correct level shifter.
