There is a circuit that a LSF-type voltage-level translation connects with a TXB-type voltage-level translation, and the output is abnormal, what could be the possible reasons?

What is the main goal of this use case? If it is an attempt to buffer open drain signals such as I2C, an I2C buffer can be used.
