How to configure the limiting mode in DS100KR401SQE for 10G Links?

Hi Team,

We are using DS100KR401SQE/NOPB in our design for 10G Ethernet links (Do not require link training ) from FPGA to SFP+ interface through back plane connections.

During Signal integrity simulation as per DS100KRxxx IBIS-AMI ModelAMI User’s guide , we set limit setting as limiting mode and we are getting proper receiver eye opening with no errors. But while simulating with non limiting mode receiver eye partially closed.

During 10G Link validation test also we observed link creating errors . So we need to configure DS100KR401 repeater in Limiting mode to optimize the link setting, But there is no registers control (or) pin strap also not available in DS100KR401 data sheet.

Can you please suggest how to configure the DS100KR401 in limiting mode to resolve this issue?
