CD4060B: variation for frequency values for specific Cx, Rs, and Rx values

Team,

My customer is working on a design that is using the CD4060B chip and setting the oscillator frequency with RC values. Would it be possible to get these variation of frequency values (both Unit-to-Unit and Same Unit) for

Cx = 1uF,

Rs = 20k, and

Rx = 6.65k?

    This device just connects pins 11/10/9 with inverters (see figure 12). So the frequency variation is determined mostly by the tolerances of Cx/Rx/Rs.

    If you care about the frequency, use a crystal (see figure 13) or an external oscillator.
