Dear Team, 

In the above highlighted circuit, the USB VBUS is detecting and level shifting to 1.8V using n-Channel MOSFET. Can you suggest a level shifter IC for this purpose.

    An N-channel MOSFET behaves like an open-drain inverter, i.e., SN74LVC1G06. If you do not want to invert the signal, use an open-drain buffer like the SN74LVC1G07.

    Level shifters with push/pull output are the SN74LXC1T45 (buffer) or SN74LXC1T14 (inverter).
