i am working on IBIS model of SN74HCT240 in this model ground and power clamp tables are not provided within limits according to IBIS specification
| Power clamp should extend at least from -VCC to 0(When On die termination used recommended to extend from -vcc to 2vcc) |
| Ground clamp data must cover -VCC to VCC(When on die termination used recommended to extend from -VCC to 2VCC) |
But this provided IBIS model for SN74HCT240 extend upto -2 to 5V which is incorrect.
pull up pull down tables also have incorrect range
please send us the updated model
