Hi all,
I would like to know the possible defects when using SN74S38NSR in a low temperature environment.
According to the data sheet, the operating temperature range is 0°C to 70°C.
If the product is used outside the operating temperature range of -20°C, what kind of problems can occur?
I understand the operating temperature may be different depending on the material of the IC lead wire/ball.
Does the product not work properly when used at low temperatures?
