Can I get the failure rate (FIT) for this device (SN74LVC1G14QDRYRQ1)?
I am using the Motor Control mission profile based on IEC 62380 (Table 11 - Mission profiles for automotive). Mean temp ~60 deg C.
Preferred confidence levels of at-least 70%. Happy to help with any additional information needed.

For the FIT rate please see the FIT rate estimator on our website. Otherwise, for functional safety documentation you need to contact your sales rep and have them request this information through our Jira. Instructions for how to do so are on the internal forum. Here is what we have at 60% confidence level for this device:
