こんにちは

SN74AHC14のSPICEmodelをダウンロードし、シミュレーションを行いました。データシートには入力電流は±1uAと書いてありましたが、シミュレーションを行うと3~5uA程流れていました。こちらの対策などはあるでしょうか。

    Hi,

    Please try to stick to questions in English on our E2E forums. This makes it easier to help support in the future as things may be lost when using translation tools. 

    It seems the issue is the SPICE model has 3-5 uA of input current compared to our 1 uA specified in the datasheet. 
    Can you share a schematic of your circuit?

    Hello,

    Due to the limitations of SPICE not all parameters will be modeled perfectly correctly. For example, if you look at the internals of this SPICE model you will see that we don't use FETs to model the device but rather voltage dependent voltage sources. Leakage current won't be extremely accurate in cases like this.
