Currently we using buffer to prevent the SPI signal decade which might loss the package.

But I'm not sure the buffer need to close to Tx or Rx.

and what's the buffer IC mainly functions?

Hi Viola,

You should have two buffers, one should be close to TX and one should be close to RX. The buffer IC provides stronger current drive and will help preserve signal integrity over a long trace or transmission line.

is that mean I need to put 4 buffers like below setting?
if i want to cost down the unit of buffer, what can I improve?

You can use two four-channel buffers, e.g., SN74HCS125-Q1.

Clemens is correct, a more cost effective solution for SPI would be to use two of our 4-channel buffers.
