PCI2050B Interfacing with 2.5V FPGA

Hi,

I want to interface PCI2050B Bridge's secondary PCI bus with Virtex 6 FPGA that will support only 2.5V IOs. The PCI target logic will be implemented in FPGA. The problem is how to interface the PCI bidirectional data and control lines to FPGA. Can I use SN74CB3T16211 devices(CB3T family) with 2.5V VCC.? The Vih for PCI 2050B is 0.5*VCC=0.5*3.3=1.65V which is > 2.5V from CB3T IC. Or any other solution anyone can suggest? // Which Interface logic I can use out of the below mentioned options?(CB3T, TVC, CB3Q,TXB)
